Repair Straight is a straight steel joint profile for the repair and restoration of damaged expansion and shrinkage joints in existing industrial floors. It is installed in a prepared repair trench along the old joint line, anchored into the adjacent concrete, and finished flush with the floor surface.
Anchor studs and a reinforcement cage give reliable fixity in the repair concrete. Threaded leveling allows accurate height setting before the repair pour. Thick steel upper strips protect the concrete edges against wheel impact after the repair.
Use Repair Straight where the repaired joint can remain a straight gap and shock-free sinus geometry is not required. For shock-free restored joints under forklift traffic, see Repair Sinus.
