Repair Sinus is a sinus (wavy) steel joint profile for repairing and restoring expansion and shrinkage joints where vehicles must cross the repaired line with minimal impact. Cosinus-sinus upper strips provide shock-free passage — the same idea as the new-build Sinus Profile, applied to a retrofit repair trench.
As with Repair Straight, the system uses anchor studs, a reinforcement cage and threaded leveling so the profile can be set accurately in the existing slab. Steel sinus strips protect the edges of the repaired concrete.
Choose Repair Sinus for warehouse and logistics floors where forklifts or other wheeled traffic cross the repaired joint continuously. For simpler straight repairs without the wavy running surface, use Repair Straight.
