In 1976, René Broos Sr. founded our company as a construction consultancy firm in the Netherlands, laying the groundwork for our expertise in concrete flooring solutions. We initially focused on floors reinforced with traditional reinforcement, setting the stage for our dedication to quality and innovation.
By 1978, we expanded our operations to include working with steel fibres, an innovative solution that revolutionized the industry. This marked the beginning of our journey into delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
Our German branch was opened in 1984, expanding the business in a vast market and in 1987 our first Laser Screed was a fact, enabling us to improve the flatness of the floors and increase the productivity of our teams.. This marked the beginning of our journey into delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
In 1993, we ventured into Eastern Europe, introducing jointless floors and reaching a significant milestone of over 25,000,000 square meters of concrete laid. This period marked a turning point in our journey, solidifying our reputation in the industry.
In 2001, we founded Floor Service Russia, further expanding our presence and expertise in the region. To date, we've laid over 6,000,000 square meters of concrete floors in Russia, incorporating innovative sinus profiles into our projects. We also introduced planetary grinders in the market and were the first company to grind concrete floors on a big scale.
In 2021, we embarked on a new partnership with Deco Crete, becoming the main European distributor for their innovative solutions. As a family-owned company, we're proud to collaborate with Deco Crete, owned by a family member and cousin of René Broos, to bring cutting-edge concrete solutions to the European Union.
