Mixing ratio

Part A : Part B = 1 : 5

by weight (≈ one 5 kg decoBOND can per 25 kg decoFIX bag).

Step 1 — Surface preparation

1. Concrete sound and ≥ 14 days old. Target repair depth 5–25 mm. Use decoGROUT for 1–5 mm; decoPINFIX for pinholes/micro-cracks.
2. Surface free of dirt, stains, grease, paint, loose particles — anything that blocks bond.
3. Bring substrate to Saturated Surface Dry (SSD): wet, then wait until dry to the touch (no puddles).
4. Just before placing the mix, prime the repair area with decoFIX Part A (decoBOND) brushed on thinly.

Step 2 — Mixing

1. Add ~75% of Part A to a clean bucket.
2. Add 100% of Part B; mix mechanically ~3 minutes, scraping sides and bottom.
3. Add the remaining ~25% Part A; mix until lump-free.
4. If too stiff: up to ~2% clean water of total mix. If too fluid: use less Part A.
5. Use immediately (pot life ~30 minutes). Application temperature +5 °C to +35 °C.

Step 3 — Place

Trowel firmly into holes and cracks. Leave the patch slightly proud of the finished floor level.

Step 4 — Curing

Keep patches moist ≥ 24 hours. Best: mist with water a few hours after placement, then cover with plastic.

Step 5 — Polishing

Polish after ≥ 24 hours. Waiting longer improves results.
