• Two-component polymer-modified repair for small holes and cracks (~1–5 mm)

Mixing ratio

Part A : Part B = 1 : 5

by weight (≈ one 5 kg decoBOND can per 25 kg decoGROUT bag).

Step 1 — Surface preparation

1. Concrete hard and ≥ 7 days old. Target depth 1–5 mm. Deeper than 5 mm → decoFIX; pinholes/micro-cracks → decoPINFIX.
2. Surface free of dirt, stains, grease, paint, loose particles.
3. Bring to SSD: wet the area, wait until dry to the touch; no puddles in the holes.

Step 2 — Mixing

1. Add ~75% of Part A to a clean bucket (or small bowl for hand mixes).
2. Add 100% of Part B; mix mechanically at about 500 rpm for ~3 minutes (or by hand for small quantities — see movie). Scrape sides and bottom.
3. Add remaining ~25% Part A; mix until lump-free.
4. If too stiff: add clean water, max. 5% of the total mix.
5. Use immediately. Application temperature +5 °C to +35 °C.

Step 3 — Place

Push the mix into small holes and cracks with a small trowel. Leave slightly proud of the surrounding surface.

Step 4 — Curing

Keep moist ≥ 24 hours. Mist with water after a few hours, then cover with plastic and/or wet burlap (jute).

Step 5 — Polishing

Material hardens in 3–6 hours, but polish only after ≥ 24 hours.

Part B: 25 kg bag — DC-710-C1 / C3 / C5. Part A: decoBOND DC-718, 5 kg can (1 can per bag).
