1. Surface: Clean the surface of dust, loose particles, grease, stains or anything that prevents penetration. Use machines with suitable abrasive discs/pads (large areas) or sanding (small areas). The surface must be dry.
2. Stir lightly before use; do not over-mix (foaming). Protect from freezing (freeze point 0 °C). For professional use.
3. Apply by spraying and/or microfibre and spread evenly. The product penetrates and dries within 30 minutes; the floor is walkable within 30 minutes. Even good concrete can be fairly porous. If you notice the product soaks in very quickly, apply decoLIT-CS several times.
4. Overspray: remove it promptly with a damp cloth and soap. Over-application: fine whitish particles may appear; they are easy to remove.
5. Polishing: Apply after each polishing step, starting from resin pads grit 100. After full penetration (surface no longer glistening), continue polishing.
6. Maintenance: Optional decoFINISH sealer for protection and gloss (gloss from 4.5 to 76 GU as a system); regular decoCLEAN for maintenance.
7. Coverage (indicative): approx. 12–15 m²/kg — always test a small area first.
8. Product properties (TDS indicative): Active solids ~14.4% · Specific gravity ~1.06 · pH ~10.2 · VOC < 1.0 g/L · Shelf life 1 year in unopened factory sealed container. Packaging: 25 kg plastic can; 200 kg drum.

Tip: Want to work fast and accurately, without spray mist? Use the Densifier Applicator. It spreads the hardener evenly over the floor, so you get a consistent result with less effort.

Which concrete is decoLIT-CS for?

High-quality concrete with very low porosity. For medium quality use decoSIL; for very porous, low-quality concrete use decoSOD-HS1.

How much do I need?

Approx. 12–15 m²/kg. Always test a small area first.

When is the floor walkable?

Within 30 minutes. Other treatments can follow straight after.

What if I apply too much?

Fine whitish particles may appear on the surface; they are easy to remove.

Can I use it while polishing?

Yes, after each polishing step from resin pads grit 100. Continue polishing once the surface no longer glistens.

Does porous concrete need more than one application?

Even good concrete can be fairly porous. If you notice the product soaks in very quickly, apply decoLIT-CS several times.
